His career began in 1995 in the Patrol Division becoming a member of the East Rutherford P.B.A. Phil was a graduate of the Bergen County Police Academy Class #76. for 27 years, currently as the Deputy Chief. He proudly served on the East Rutherford Police Dept. Phillip James Taormina, 46, of Pine Brook for 17 years and formerly of East Rutherford, passed away on July 27, 2022.
